Syncrotech utilizes a state of the art ESS (Employee Self Service) online benefit management system. We provide each employee with an individual, secure account available 24/7. If you've forgotten your User ID and/or Password please contact Human Resources. Use the help button located in the upper right corner of your home page to navigate your account. The following transactions are performed here:

  • New hire enrollment
  • Open enrollment elections
  • Marital status changes
  • Add/delete dependents
  • Address changes
  • Access to full coverage details in Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD's) such as

Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for our benefits. Eligible employees may elect to cover a legal spouse, a domestic partner, a dependent up to age 19, and/or an unmarried dependent child to age 25 if a full-time student. Benefits become effective the first of the month following your date of hire. Syncrotech pays a portion of employee premiums for medical, dental, vision and chiropractic coverage. Employee premiums for these coverage's are withheld on a pre-tax basis, offering additional employee savings. Should you waive coverage upon hire, you are eligible again during our annual Open Enrollment unless you experience a Qualifying Event.
