At Syncrotech, we encourage a healthy work-life balance and provide our employees with the benefits and tools for personal success. Our Employee Assistance Program includes free consultation, information, education and referral services in connection with, in part: adoption, adult/elder or child care, consumer information, financial planning, home improvement, parenting, and pet care. We provide 5 counseling sessions to you and all members of your household at no cost - no co-pays or deductibles. You can access these counseling sessions once per year for any one issue. There is no limit to the number of issues. Also included are three 30-minute legal consultations on various matters.
On-Line Benefit Enrollment System - NO MORE FORMS!
Everything you need to make your benefit elections and complete your enrollment is entirely online. Summaries for every plan are at your fingertips, giving you information such as office co-pays, any deductibles, etc. You can do this after hours or on weekends when you can more easily consult with family members. Additionally, you can log into your account at any time to make address changes, access information about your benefits enrollment, carrier links/contacts, check your payroll deductions, etc.
